MY MISSION
I focus on providing the support and knowledge needed for optimal health, through my skills in yoga, meditation and nutrition.
Health Coaching: Using a holistic approach by looking at each client as a whole. Bringing balance to all areas of my client's life by observing dietary intake, supplements and lifestyle.
Yoga: Yoga is a series of postures and breathing exercises practices to achieve control of the body, mind, tranquillity, etc..

WHAT I'VE ACHIEVED At a young age I managed to become a confident yoga teacher, a certified health coach, a meditation lover and have started my own business. Through the process, I decided that I want to provide people with the one thing that took me a long time to learn: balance. |
I have been able to provide mentorship to all those who need it. My goal... to have people realize what they need, not what they want. Quality over quantity. I provide the right tools for people to achieve a balanced life through yoga, mediation, and nutritional counselling. |
